What is the IIT JEE exam?

IIT JEE is a national-level engineering entrance exam that comprises two stages – JEE Main & JEE Advanced. JEE Main is a screening exam; the candidates who can clear the exam are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.

The candidates get admission into IITs when they clear JEE Advanced, the final exam. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main & JEE Advanced) is conducted twice a year in online mode. It is for the selection of candidates to 4-year B.Tech, B.Pharm, 5-year B.Arch, Integrated M.Sc., and M.Tech courses.
